HARDCORE TERRORIST  -  From Germany and exploring the darker side of music with demented titles and extreme everything,  its not for the feint of heart.  You may hate it, but I love these type of uncompromising rushes of hardcore, speedcore and hardstyle delivered in such a straightforward fashion.  It really can't be confined to a genre, which is the best thing about this madness.    The range of experimentation on display is most excellent.  For that reason, and his overall badassness and bravery.  I salute Hardcore Terrorist.  Check it out.

For Aliens

  For Aliens is a new artist I have discovered on Soundcloud.  Its a fitting name, this music is definitely different than most terrestrial fare.  "Lunablues"  is a chilled out, slow motion electronic bit inspired by a "magical little brownie adventure".  "Oatmeal Garden" is a fun track full of clicks and synths, but the sounds all fit together really nicely.  "Flowstate"  is the best kind of beatbox glitch.  She has chosen some beautiful images to represent each of these tracks, some of the best I've seen on soundcloud, with a consistant pastel color scheme.  There is ethereal quality  to everything she has done, and it might be music for extraterrestrials, or for us humans who enjoy the sound of a new creative experimental musician at play.

Soundcloud is Great..

I’ve been using Soundcloud for a few months and it really seems to be working… In that short time, my music has already been played in 50 countries. If you are a music maker, and wish you could find a good way to let more people hear your stuff, you should sign up for it, its a free, easy, cool site .  If you don't make music of your own, you dont have to upload any tracks, you can just favorite tracks, comment on them, and follow awesome music makers.  Its been a great place to connect with other artist who are getting started.  It's also a cool place to discover weird, unreleased track by more established stars.  For me it has become my #1 site for listening to music on the internet. A new place to post thoughts

I've created this blog as a new place to post my thoughts on Electronic Music, Art, Digital Design, and other things I find interesting.  I've been reaching out and making lots of new connections to artists and musicians on sites like soundcloud and twitter, as well as google + and youtube.. I also plan to document some of my exploits crashing computers using programs like FlStudio, Maya, Illustrator, etc.. If  you find these things interesting be sure to check back here..
